Call the influential persons of the territory and also certain progressive farmers and share the concept.
Establish the need of having KPKs at the village level and the only possible way is to create a network first.
Take joint decision to go ahead with first KPK.

No inauguration but demonstration
Start-up phase to continue for a month where all activities and deliverables are duly demonstrated to the entire territory
On routine basis, Invitees will include farmers and owners of other KPKs and will share experiences
Let formal inauguration takes place on 1st day of second month
