FOUR MONTH ACTION PLAN

KPK needs to function with a four month action plan and the activities needs to be pursued objectively. This is more so that it falls in line with the crop cycle, and with the change in crop additional factors can be taken into consideration, which are crop specific. While regional requirements will be different and would depend upon the local factors also, generally we would suggest the following action plan to be followed:

Month Objectives to be achieved during the month Action Plan
I Establishment of active network till II level of 10 co-ordinators responsible for min 5 villages each (maximum coverage of 10 villages per co-ordinator). Concept selling, product training, leadership training and computer training to complete in first fifteen days.
Process of actual selling, demos and registration to start in next fifteen days.
II Identification of active network till III level of village representative - process of concept selling, product training, leadership training and computer training to be initiated at the village level and in a co-ordinated effort their exposure be made to KPK. (representatives of one co-ordinator to come to KPK on one day and pass one full day at KPK) Process of concept selling, product training, leadership training and computer training to be initiated at the village level and in a co-ordinated effort their exposure be made to KPK.(representatives of one co-ordinator to come to KPK on one day and pass one full day at KPK)
Where the business volume is growing and need of second level KPK starts emerging, the planning of next KPK be taken up to open it in the third month.
Actual Sales to take place at village level and make village rep responsible for performance.
III Networking is to be completed till III level of village representatives and minimum 3 KPK’s be opened at II level (High performers) Village representatives to take full charge of business, training and in turn start giving performance.
Non-performers at II level be warned or replaced.
IV Ensure results to farmers in terms of various deliverables To work at the ground to ensure results.
3 More KPK’s at II level and 1 KPK at III level be initiated.
