| 1. Registration - Registration charges are payable as annual subscription charges where in registered user will get separate User Id and Password. Following are seperately the annual charges for Organizations and Individuals : |

| 1.1 For Organization to have more than one password for different users with the same Id; charges for each seperate passowrd is Rs. 400/-. |

| 1.2 All charges are with effect from the date of registration and the user will remain activated for a period of 1 year. After the expiry of 1 year, the user needs to renew the activation by making payment of annual subscription charges. |

| 2. Commision charges for Commercial Transaction - Specific to the nature of transactionand usage of various options, the margin will vary. These margin are apportioned such that 50% benefit is passed on to the farmer and the balance 50% margin is converted in VAC (Value added Commission) shared amongst the network |

| 3. All Payments are made by DD/Cheque to be in favour of Agroecommerce Network Pvt Ltd payable at New Delhi. On reciept of payment, user will get the acknowledgement with in 15 days on failing which a raminder us required to be send to ANPL. |

| 4. After recieving your registration fee your account will get activate for a period of 1 year. |
