Prabhani Kranti : Suitable for cultivation in Bhindi growing arfeas, Plants dark green, It is resistant to Yellow Mosaic virus. Takes 70-80 days for fruit harvest and yield 120-130 qtls./ha.
Pusa A-4 : Okra variety A-4 is resistant to Yellow Vein Mosaic virus, tolerant to Jassids, Aphids & Shoot and Root borer. The fruits are with less mucilage and have better shelf life. It is suitable for cropping through out the year except during the period of low temperatures.

Kalyanpur Barahmasi : High Creeper Endril Long Fruits 20-25 cms, thin dark green tapering Tolerant to Mosaic and Fruit Fly under field condition 90-100 days for fruit harvest, yield 120- 150 qtls./ha.
Pusa Do Mausami : Medium long, Cotinious rigged fruit, suitable for Spring, Summer and Rainy season. Heavy yielder. Mean fruit weight 100-125 gms. Frisk picking begins after 55 days, yield 120-150 qtls./hac.
Pusa Vishesh : Fruit medium thick, dark green suitable for Spring-Summer season. Takes 55-60 days for fruit harvest and yield 150 qtls./ha Dwarf, hence mord number of plants can be accommodated/unit area.
K. Sona : Fruit medium size thick, light green, ready to harvest in 50-60 days average weight 100-120 gms yield 125 qtls./ha.

Pusa Komal : A Bacterial Blight resistant variety. The plants are bushy with less vegetative growth. Flowers in 45-50 days and synchronous in pod bearing. The pods are 20-22 cms. Long, nonfibrous, cylindrical and light green in colour. Average yield is 103 qtls./ha.

Kalyanpur Hara : Vine length 200-250 cms. Fruit green 18-20 cms long and 1-4.5 cms thick at edible stage, fruit proximal and dark marked with distinct white strips, middle and distal end green, fruit ready for harvest in 75 days, yield 75-100 qtls./ha.

Contender : Bush type days to flowering 40-45, flowers light purple colour, prolific bearer. Pods 12-18 cms long dark green when fresh, round, covered top, thick meaty and string less, tolerant to Mosaic and Powdery Mildew.
Plant Anupma : Bush type, plant height 45 cms, upright plant. Pods concentrated at mid-height. Pods Round, Straight 10-15 cms long, tender, stringless. Days to flowering 50 days, Seeds medium size, uniformly dark brown in colour, suitable for canning and freezing. Resistant to angular leaf spot disease. Av yield of green pod 100 qtls./ha.

Arka : Suitable for early Summer sowing Flowering more of less continuous Fruits borne on all branches, medium to large in size, round slightly pressed at poles loght green, soft hairs on fruit surface, tender flesh with few seeds 8-12 pickings can be taken. Tolerant to fruit fly. Ready for picking after 90-95 days, yield vary from 95-100 qtls./ha.

Pusa Chikni : A prolific bearer Fruits smooth cylindrical tender, green, 15-20 fruits per plant. Suitable for Spring and Rainy seasons, takes 45 days for flowering.
Kalyanpur Hari Chikni : Vine length 250-300 cms Fruits 20-25 cms long, 4.5 to 5 cms thick, Smooth and dark green. Free from soft rot under field condition. Partially resistant to fruit fly. Duration of crop 135 -140 days, yield of green fruits at edible stage 200-300 qtls./ha.
Pusa Supriya : Fruits light green, Soft, Smooth, 12 to 18 per plant, suitable for Rainy and Summer seasons. Average yield 200 qtls./ha.

Hara Madhu : Vines 3-4 meters long and vigorous fruits large, round, skin slight yellow with 10 prominent green sutures. Average fruit weight 1 Kg.n Flesh green crisp, very sweet, maturity 100-105 days. Average yield 125 qtls./ha.
Madhuras : Vigrous vines, leaves entire green, pubescent with large petioles, Fruits flattened round with green strips, yellowish smooth skin, salmon orange flesh, juicy, rich in flavour and very sweet (T.S.S 12-14 %). Fruit weight 1 Kg, maturity 90-95 days, yield 120-150 qtls./ha.

Sugar Baby : Fruit weight 3-5 Kg.,round with attractive dark green rind having faint perciptable stripes, flesh uniform deepred, very sweet, fine textured (T.S.S. 12%) maturity 90-95 days good yielder, Seeds small brown with black tips. Well adapted and most popular variety throughout India.
